The design of this microfranchise involves an end-to-end business model. This model encompasses investment in infrastructure, training of the franchisee and intensive monitoring and support.
Each franchisee receives ongoing educational support and mentorship from the education support consultant and project manager. There are monthly teacher evaluations, quality assessments of the school, monthly franchisee enrichment and support group meetings. The franchisees also receive financial mentorship from a financial mentor, who meets them monthly to offer financial support and guidance.
A step-by-step process has been designed, to enable the centre to operate at the level required by the Department of Social Development for registration.
